Welcome to DE Cheer Store! We are very glad that you have chosen us to help with your cheerleading needs and here are some Frequently-Asked Questions that we think would help with your time with us.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER? (Orders with delivery)

Under our web store, you can select the Item that you would like to purchase and customize the size/color accordingly.

Click the ‘Add to bag’ button to add item to your shopping cart. You may click continue shopping to change to add items or click add more to add 1 more of the same item/size.

When you are done, click ‘Go To Checkout’ to review your order.

Click Checkout and select your payment method and verify your billing address. The ‘Same billing address as shipping address option’ is checked by default. Uncheck this to change your billing address.

Click Continue to proceed. You will be redirected to PayPal to make payment. If you do not have a paypal account, you can click on the ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’ Option and pay with your debit/credit card.

Once done we will send an email upon payment verification.

Item(s) will be delivered within 3 working days once payment is verified. Our admin team will call to confirm your delivery time.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER? (Walk-in customers)

We have ready stock and we would appreciate it very much if you can drop us a call at 6469 0789 or email sales@cheerleading.sg before dropping by. In case of sizes unavailability, please see next question.

We are very sorry but we do not accept Nets or Credit cards for walk-in customers.

Our operation hours as follows;

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays,       1pm-9pm

Wednesdays,                                   1pm-6pm

Fridays,                                            1pm-7.30pm

Saturdays,                                        10am-7pm

Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

WHAT IF MY SIZE IS UNAVAILABLE?

If the size you are looking for us unavailable, we would suggest getting half a size bigger and you can wear additional insoles. Alternatively you can make a deposit for your shoes, and when the sizes arrives, we will inform you. Please note we consolidate orders before making shipments to minimize shipping cost in order to keep the cost low for valued customers such as yourself. As such, we are not able to give a confirmed date of delivery however we are aware of the local competitions periods in Singapore and we would do what we can to fulfill all our orders before the competitions periods. We seek your cooperation in placing your orders early to avoid disappointment.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO SHOP AT YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes. Setting up an account with us will make shopping at our website more convenient because you do not have to fill in your details every time you purchase something from us. In addition, you will also receive benefits such as order tracking and special offers.

You can sign up an account right now or you can start shopping first before setting up an account when you check out, entirely up to your own preference.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE DETAILS ON MY ACCOUNT?

Once you have registered an account with us, you can log in to your Account anytime to modify any detail such as shipping address or password. Go to Your Account on the top right hand corner after logging in, to modify your personal details

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

For Walk-in Customers, we accept cash only.

For Online Customers, we accept Master/ Visa card payments via Paypal.Depending on your country of residence, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Rest assured that your details will be safe with us as we take security while shopping online very seriously.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply click on Order history on the top right hand corner once logged in, to view the complete listing of all orders you have made online, regardless if you have made payment or not. Click on each individual order details to view the products you have selected, as well as the status of the item at that instant.

 

I HAVE JUST ORDERED ONLINE. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL IT?

Once an order has been placed and paid for, the item(s) will be reserved for you and hence we are unable to modify the order items or cancel it.

If you experience any difficulties while ordering; entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account etc, please email sales@cheerleading.sg with your full shipping address and contact phone number so that our admin team can assist you.
